Mud Bay always has what I am looking for. If you want excellent quality dog and cat food shop here. I feed my dog frozen raw and there are lots of choices so I can vary his diet and switch up when he gets bored. They also offer a bulk discount. Very helpful for buying cat food cans for two cats. Again, high quality options and great prices. The worker here are super friendly and get to know you and your pets plus their food choices.

My Vet recommended this place for my dogs food. I was overwhelmed by the selection of dog food they had. Luckily one of the employees came and helped me out. I was concerned my dog wouldn't like the food. Mud Bay had a food return policy so I bought two bags. My dog loves the food I bought. I can't tell if he is any healthier because he was and still is a hyper fur ball. I am going to keep getting his food from this store. Because the price is good and its Vet recommended.

Amanda and the rest of the team here have been so kind and helpful with the cats I have been fostering, and I truly cannot thank them enough. They walked me through options for the mother cat not eating and offered resources to help me foster the unplaced kittens. The mother is doing so much better, even the same day! The care for animals and customers you will receive here cannot be found in most other pet supply stores. They are wonderful people, and I feel lucky to receive their support and excellent customer service. Thank you MudBay!

Love the place! I bring my dog here all the time. Some things are "overpriced" but it's worth the convenience. They ask no questions on returns which is awesome. When you buy puzzles and things like that you can return them if your dog gets them right away. Those returns go to an animal shelter. My dog loved the stuffed toy she got for her birthday.

“I stopped by Mud Bay on Friday and had no idea what to get my husky after learning that Stella & Chewy’s was discontinued. Thankfully, Ruby was an absolute lifesaver—10/10 experience! She really took the time to understand my picky dog’s needs and recommended some great options. On top of that, she was ringing people up and helping other customers at the same time—seriously a one-woman show. I’ll definitely be a regular because of Ruby!

Not just my favorite pet supply store but my favorite MudBay location! The whole staff is so sweet and patient, they're also willing to take extra time educating people on products and giving different price point options. So happy to have found a location that's close and so kind :) Thank you for the recent puppy help too, Kiwi is fitting in great now :D
